I really enjoyed how the hotel looked, wonderful little and gorgeous place. They gave me new-fashioned room with the court yard on the inside as well as Teo water bottles. Everywhere there was fairly clean. Location: the property was really close to restaurants and the main square and several excellent, cafes, pastry shops and restaurants and the center of downtown.

Incredibly beautiful accommodation with INCREDIBLE setting not far from many great restaurants as well as galleries. The staff were pleasant, accommodating and helped me with free parking. Excellent service and fantastic value. What a very comfortable stay, no complaints.

The staff were all pleasant, and the room was modern with the bunk beds. The hotel had a favourable location within walking distance of Bellas Artes.

The location turned out to be marvellous and incredible, very close to the historic center, downtown, and several excellent, cafes, pastry shops and restaurants. The staff were accommodating and pleasant, took care of us during 3 days stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. Secondly, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had basic amenities. The breakfast voucher provided was a great bonus and the nearby restaurants were a convenient option.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries. the location was perfect for exploring the town, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. Finally, the hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help with any inquiries we had during our stay.

The room we stayed in lacked natural light, making it feel slightly gloomy. the hotel's Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

Our Thanksgiving stay was made exceptionally comfortable by the complimentary breakfast and evening wine reception provided. the location was also ideal as it was walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The walls were quite thin which resulted in noise disruptions from neighbouring rooms. the heating was not sufficient enough to keep the room warm during the colder nights.
